I have recently had problems with ARS and despite sending emails to the developers I have had no response. I received two invoices for my yearly renewal and paid the first one, as there should only have been one, and yet this has not been credited to my account. My licence key is showing as invalid and I am therefore not able to use ARS on my website. I have attempted to make further contact with the ARS developers and Frank Hoffman but with no success.

Does anyone know what is happening with ARS?
